Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I have missed blogging my last few fall sessions, but now with the busy fall season over and the holidays here I have a little more time on my hands and I'll able to share a bit more often :)
Starting with a fun photoshoot with the McCracken Family! I had the pleasure of capturing some family memories for them doing some Christmas activities, and although the weather wasn't very wintery and felt more like spring then Christmas, it allowed us to get a couple family portraits outside! Family Portraits

Here is an overdue post from a fun family session I did back in May. I always seem to get spoiled in working with the greatest people, and this was especially one of those times! It was a joy to work with Anita and her family :)

Beach time of the year

Canada Day turned out to be a perfect day and we decided to take advantage and do some Beach Sunset photos! I love doing photoshoots at the beach, especially evening photos when you get those gorgeous Lake Huron sunsets! We didnt get quite the sunset I was hoping for that night, but it was a nice night for photos regardless. Stay tuned for many more beach shots to come throughout the summer!

Catching Up

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!

This past fall has been a very busy one. My 'real job' in the school photography industry is very seasonal to fall, as you can imagine. So between that, my own photography work and among other things, the last few months left very limited time for updating the blog and online albums. 2013 seemed to be the summer/fall for family photos, so this is my catch up post on a few of those shoots that missed hitting my blog earlier and you will also find updates on Melissa Photography Facebook albums over the next few days!
